Over the past couple of months we've been working with Mary Bratko, founder of WeddingGirl.ca, to create a series of up close and personal interviews with some of the most unique and talented professionals in the Wedding Industry. We have called these interviews Bridecasts™. The purpose of these interviews really is two-fold. First, we intend them to be informative, educational and inspiring to all couples who are in the midst of planning their big day! Secondly, we want to provide a fantastic marketing tool to amazing vendors who might otherwise not reach such a wide audience of couples who are looking for their type of service or product. Yes, the internet is a wonderful resource for information and many companies have beautiful websites that provide loads of images and details in the form of text, but this is a way for these vendors to really showcase their talents and tell their stories. It's a way for them to really introduce themselves and for couples to see the personality behind the the website/company. What makes these vendors different? What about them would make a couple want to hire them to be a (big) part of their wedding day? We have already interviewed some incredible vendors and have these Bridecasts™ set to launch on Monday, May 17th. Each vendor will be showcased over a two week period as we want to bring you tons of information and keep each Bridecast™ to about 3 minutes in length. The intent is also for these Bridecasts™ to be interactive - if you have a question or comment regarding one of the segments that you'd like to ask/share please email Mary info@weddinggirl.ca and she will be happy to answer any questions. We are also looking for vendors for our next segment. If you know a fantastic professional in the wedding industry who you feel should be featured please let us know and we'll be in touch with them - if you are a wedding professional and are interested in being interviewed we'd also love to hear from you. Here is a short clip we shot of Mary introducing these all new Bridecasts™ to her world wide audience (so excited she spoke a wee bit fast). Don't forget to tune in to WeddingGirl.ca next Monday to meet our very first vendor!
