Presentation is Everything!

When we began our re-branding journey last fall we knew that it would be essential to coordinate everything in our studio to match our new logo and our new brand.  This meant new business cards, new office materials and most importantly new packaging.  We set out to find a company that met our needs.  They needed to be committed to our concern for the environment by using recycled materials and they needed to be willing to create what we had envisioned for our packaging.  We were very excited to find Will and Matt at Train Records and even better their company is just 40 minutes drive from us in Mississauga, Ontario.  We initially met with these guys about 5 weeks ago to discuss what we wanted and although they had never created double 6-panel digipaks for DVDs before (most of their work is in CD and single DVD packaging) they said they could create a new design for us.  We knew we also wanted a cover sleeve for the entire package to slide into as a means of protection just like the limited edition DVDs of your favourite movies you buy in stores.  We got to work on the artwork and through a series of emails we were able to finalize our product design and in just two weeks we received an email saying our packaging was ready for pick up.  Today we drove through pouring rains to pick up our new packaging and we absolutely love it.  Our feature films and photo collections will now be delivered in beautiful cases that really reflect the professionalism, quality and craftsmanship that we put into every one of our projects.  We love the textured look and feel of the cases and the warm, rich colours.  They match our new website and blog perfectly.  Here are a few photos of our new packaging.
